So sometime in the night the boss apologized for forgetting me and blamed it on the meds he’s been on.
Still awaiting the reaction to my resignation. Understand that we are a small company and my position is just under them in the hierarchy of things…and between me and the other program director (who’s having a baby in 3 weeks) we run the show. It’s not about conceit,...
So my boss just made a post in fb thanking his managers for being so great and supportive while he an his wife were out sick. Then he tagged everyone but me. Thinking it might have been an oversight, I commented “um???” and it’s been deleted (my comment, not the post). After the last few weeks that I’ve had, it’s almost enough to make me walk.

My staff are fucktards. Too much to get into now, or ever. They just suck. But it’s all good because I’m turning in my letter of resignation on Monday.
